Students in 6th through 8th grade have a place all to themselves on Sundays at Shiloh. It’s a fun place devoted to pre-teens where they can hang out, learn about the Bible, make friends, have engaging discussion, and grow in their walk with Jesus.
Note: Though we hope to restart them very soon, Jr. High classes are not being held on Sundays at this time.
Classes are held every week during the second half of our 10:30a service. Jr. Higher's are dismissed during our offering to their class in the lower level of our Life Center building.
On the first Sunday of every month there is no Jr. High class. Jr. Highers are encouraged to attend the main service or volunteer to help in our CONNECT service for kids 4 years - 5th grade.
Do I need to check in anywhere on Sundays to attend class?
No, there is no check in process for our middle school students. Each Sunday following the worship and offering, Jr. Highers are welcome to walk over to our Life Center and join class. The room is on the upper level, to the right down the hallway and through the last door on the left. The leader will dismiss them when class is over; a parent is not required for dismissal.
Do I need to bring anything?
Feel free to bring your Bible. If you do not have one, don’t worry, we'll have a Bible for you!
Do you have any events on the weekend for Junior High Kids?
Shine Youth Ministries is our youth group at Shiloh for students 6th through 12th grade. Shine meets on Friday nights at 7:00pm in the Community Room (Main building, lower level by the Cafe). Click here to learn more about Shine.
